This is the major project done for the partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. This is a GUI based appliction made by using Tkinter and Pygame from where we can detect and recognize the facial emotion and based on the facial emotion that is detected by our system, a music playlist is recommended. We used CK+48, FER-2013 and our own self-created datasets and trained the model using three machine learning algorithms SVM, Random Forest and Logistic Regression.
